"Friendly service and worth the wait"
The staff were really nice and made asking questions feel easy, which I appreciated. Booking was straightforward too, so that part was definitely a plus. I did have to wait a little longer than I expected, but the service was good enough that it didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, I’d say it was worth it.

"Good wax, annoying booking"
The waxing itself was totally fine, no complaints there. But trying to get an appointment was kind of a hassle for no real reason. The times I wanted were always booked, and having to keep checking back for a few days felt unnecessary. Not a terrible experience, I just wish they had more after-work slots available.

"Confusing experience, but definitely not for me"
I really wanted to like this, and at first I thought maybe it was fine, but then I ended up with red, itchy bumps that stuck around for days. I kept going back and forth wondering if it was just my skin being sensitive or the product itself, but either way, it was super frustrating. I won’t be using it again

"I got a Brazilian wax here and..."
I got a Brazilian wax here and it turned out really clean. I was nervous going in, but the waxer was super calming, talked me through everything, and didn’t drag it out. It wasn’t totally painless, obviously, but it was way easier than my last experience somewhere else. My skin felt really smooth afterward, and I was so relieved there were no weird bumps the next day. I’m genuinely happy I found this place and I’ll definitely be going back.

I thought the place had a really clean and laid-back feel, which made it easy to settle in. It wasn’t too loud or uncomfortable, and the staff were friendly in a way that felt genuine. I left feeling disappointed, honestly. The wax was done in maybe 15 or 20 minutes, which was nice at first, but it felt rushed and not super careful. When I got home, I noticed a handful of missed hairs, so it didn’t really seem like they checked everything before saying I was done. For around the price I paid, I expected a cleaner result. Maybe it depends on who you get, but my visit wasn’t great

"Really disappointed with the results"
I went in asking for a simple cleanup and somehow ended up with brows that were thin and uneven. I’m really disappointed. Whoever runs this needs to make sure the staff actually listens to what customers ask for.

"Worked Fine, but Scheduling Could Be Smoother"
The site did what I needed it to do, and overall I was able to get through the process without any major issues. That said, choosing a time felt a little clunky and not as smooth as I expected, so it took me a bit longer than it should have. Still, everything worked in the end, so I’d use it again if I needed to

"I went to Waxing the City…"
I went to Waxing the City for the first time and was a little nervous, but they made it really easy. The person at the front was friendly, and my waxer walked me through everything in a normal, respectful way without making it weird. The place was clean, my appointment started on time, and the whole thing was quick, which I really appreciated. It’s just nice when people treat you kindly and make an uncomfortable service feel comfortable. I’d definitely consider going back.

"Longer wait than expected"
I had booked in advance thinking it would be quick, but they were still about 25 minutes behind when I got there. The staff were friendly enough, so I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but it definitely threw off my lunch break. I’d probably think twice before going back on a tight schedule.

"Pretty good visit, just a little wait"
I booked through Waxing the City one afternoon while I was trying to knock a few errands off my list, and overall it was a good experience. The waxer asked what I wanted and checked in with me a few times, which I really appreciated because it made the appointment feel more personal and not like they were just rushing me in and out. The only downside was that I ended up waiting a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d go back.

"Wish I’d Found This Place Sooner"
I’ve been to Waxing the City quite a few times now, i kind of regret not trying them sooner. It’s been really consistent every visit, which I appreciate. I’ve had different staff members here and there, but the service has always been clean, quick, and not awkward at all. They’re usually close to on time too, which makes a big difference when I’m stopping by after work. Nothing over the top to say, just a reliable spot that I haven’t had a bad experience with yet.

"Convenient Spot, Average Visit"
I mostly went here because the location works really well for me, and that’s probably the best part. Parking wasn’t a hassle, which I appreciated, and it’s close to a bunch of other places I already had to stop by, so that made it easy. The actual visit was fine — not exactly exciting or anything, but also not bad. I was kind of underwhelmed, but in a totally okay way? I might go back if I’m in the area again, though I’m not rushing over there either

"Pretty Worth It for Regular Visits"
I’ve had the membership for a few months now, and it’s been worth it since I go regularly. Booking is usually simple, and the staff have always been nice. My only small complaint is that rescheduling can be kinda inconvenient sometimes, but overall I’m happy with it.

My gut feeling was that the esthetician was rushing through the appointment. The wax was okay, but she missed a few obvious spots, so I left feeling like it wasn’t really worth it

"Still had bumps afterward"
I felt a little unsure after I paid because the whole thing didn’t really give me much confidence. I was hoping it would clear things up, but I still had bumps afterward, so I’m not too happy with the results.
